OPEN NEW XML NODE
This command will add a node to the XML entity and set the current node to the new node.

ARGUMENTS:
* Xml Number = An XML number (between 1 and 256)
* Node Name = The name of the new node.



SYNTAX
OPEN NEW XML NODE Xml Number,Node Name
